Pesto Yam Fungi


This vegan pizza with pesto, roasted local yams and locally cultivated mushrooms.

Using our organic pizza dough, we have created a beautiful vegan pizza pie. Locally cultivated West Coast Mycology lion’s mane and oyster mushrooms highlight the toppings along with yam and red onion. We also use our Vegan Pepita Pesto and our Mexican Ancho Chili Sauce for an abundance of flavour. You will not miss the cheese or meat. Serves 1 – 2 people

Ingredients: Organic Pizza dough (organic flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt), Westcoast Mycology lion’s mane and oyster mushrooms, yam, Vegan Pepita Jalapeño Pesto (sunflower seed oil, cilantro, parsley, jalapeño, nutritional yeast, pumpkins seeds, garlic, salt, pepper), Ancho Chili Sauce (water, organic roma tomato, onion,
dried Mexican chilies, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, lime juice, organic extra
virgin olive oil, spices, Himalayan pink salt), red onion, coconut milk, granulated garlic.
