South East Asian Crispy Chicken


5 pieces of crispy, South East Asian marinated baked crispy chicken.

This is our baked, not fried answer to Korean fried chicken.  We use our super tasty South East Asian Marinade on 5 pieces of Island Farmhouse Chicken and marinate for 24 hours.  We then coat in our Gourmet Shake & Bake, bake to perfection and freeze.  When you are ready, this chicken goes from your freezer into the oven and onto your plate beautifully.  Super crispy, full of flavour and moist.  You are going to love it.

Ingredients: 1/2 of a large roasting Island Farmhouse chicken, our own South East Asian Marinade (Organic Tamari Soy Sauce (filtered water, Organic Soy Beans, Organic Wheat, Sea Salt, Brewing Starter (Aspergillus Sojae), Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extractives (Oyster, Water, Salt), Modified Corn Starch, Caramel Color), Cilantro, Granulated Sugar, Fresh Garlic, Organic Lime Juice, Himalayan Pink Salt, Spices) our own Gourmet Shake & Bake Coating (Organic focaccia bread crumbs (organic white flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, coarse grey sea salt, yeast), spices, herbs, granulated garlic, red pepper, red onion)
