This is our baked, not fried answer to Korean fried chicken. We use our super tasty South East Asian Marinade on 5 pieces of Island Farmhouse Chicken and marinate for 24 hours. We then coat in our Gourmet Shake & Bake, bake to perfection and freeze. When you are ready, this chicken goes from your freezer into the oven and onto your plate beautifully.
