Still Meadow Farm Pork Shoulder, dry brined with our Sweet & Smoky Spice and then slow roasted for 12 hours.  Then liberally coasted in our Spinnaker’s Root Beer Chipotle BBQ sauce and caramelized.  It is then sliced and placed on a bed of roasted peppers and onions, ready to be perfectly reheated in your oven.
